It's difficult for me to know what I should write, there's too many impressions, and many things I still have to find the right evaluation for. I general, it's all very positive, procedures to get to work are fast and easy, new colleagues are open and nice, of course I can see some obvious issues in the organization, but I feel its too early to judge... (am I getting old?)
So there's a streamlined and automated process to order software and user rights. With a choice of some hundred different sw packages and also a ridicolous number of user-ids in different systems. Probably that's finnish: highly professional, but even more highly individualistic.
It is very nice to walk over to the cantine, and smell the sea in the wind.
I like it a lot.
