Job search, with a little help

Looking for a job is a full-time job of its own — and most of it is repetitive. I have built myself a set of tools that take the repetitive part away, and they have already helped two people find work. If you are looking, they can help you too.

What you get

Your first mail

Write to jobs@kalli-family.de and answer these five questions — a line or two each is enough:

  1. Who you are — your name, and where you live.
  2. What you are looking for — the kind of role or field, in your own words. Vague is fine.
  3. Where — which country or city, or remote.
  4. Your situation — still employed, notice given, or between jobs, and how soon you need something.
  5. Your CV or LinkedIn — attach your current CV or paste your LinkedIn link. Out of date is fine.

I answer within a few days. I work with a few people at a time, so that each search gets proper attention; when my places are full, I tell you so and keep you on a short list until one opens. If I can help, you get the full questionnaire in your language as the next step. My first reply can land in your spam folder — please look there once and mark it as not spam.

How it works

  1. Write to me — five short answers, in whichever language you like.
  2. Questionnaire and one conversation — about an hour, together: your background, and what you are looking for and where.
  3. Profile check — you confirm the facts. This is also where you read how your data is handled and say yes.
  4. Daily proposals — you pick by replying to the mail.
  5. Applications — CV and letter for your picks; you send them.
  6. Done — when you have signed, everything about you is deleted after ninety days, or sooner if you ask.

Your data

A job search is personal: your work history, why you left, what you earn. Your answers and documents stay with me, nobody else reads them, nothing goes to an employer or an agency, and one message deletes everything. How your data is handled →

What it costs

Nothing. This is a family thing, not a business. If it got you a job, invite me to dinner once the first salary is in.
