One thing just occured to me: In Germany I never really thought before dressing if I need to go outside or not. I just took my pants and shirt or whatever, and would stay inside or go out (wearing a coat). Here I tend to have quite different sets of clothes, and I think where I will go before dressing.
Not only that it is colder outside (some might have guessed), but usually it is also warmer inside.
Finns don't like to be cold, and they're usually prevent to be cold.
As a part of this pattern I also have a different pair of shoes in the office. Its a different thing to have boots for standing at a bus stop at -15 degrees, and being inside all day. I've also seen people being in the office - especially in meetings, and just wearing socks.
Funny thing, but I like the culture...
