This was of course shock. It wasn't really bad in terms of impact, just a numb feeling on my left side for a few hours. But this was rightfully taken serious and checked properly in hospital. So after several checks including MRI the result was that my arteries into the brain are quite blocked, and I need to be extremely careful to avoid a full blown stroke, which would either kill me or leave me severely handicapped. Now, it might sound strange, but I am very grateful that I got this “warning shot” and I have a chance to change. And none of the changes in lifestyle, stress management, healthy food and habits is any bad - it is good for me and my environment. And I have started that journey with a much better focus.
I do not think I am fully there, but the change has been significant and positive.
